RETURNS

At Ouro Essense, we are proud to offer exquisite products and strive for your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely pleased with your order, you may return any unused item in its original condition within 30 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. All returns should be initiated by emailing us at support@ouroessense.com.

The cost of the return shipping must be paid by you. Please ensure the package is securely wrapped. Items not packaged securely and arriving used, worn, or damaged through normal wear and tear will not qualify for a refund. All items must be in their original, resalable condition. For your protection, we recommend using a recorded delivery service and retaining proof of postage. Include your name and order number inside the package for reference.

REFUNDS

Once your returned item is received, inspected, and approved, a refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since the approval of your return, please contact your financial institution.

CANCEL OR EDIT YOUR ORDER

Due to the swift processing of orders in our warehouse to ensure timely delivery, we typically cannot guarantee that orders can be edited or canceled once placed. If you wish to edit or cancel your order, please contact us promptly and use the subject "cancel" along with your order details.
